Ryan June


Ryan serves as the Assistant General Counsel for Moody Global Ministries, a ministry that exists to equip people through education (Moody Bible Institute), publishing (Moody Publishers), and radio (Moody Radio) with the truth of God’s Word to be maturing followers of Christ.  Prior to working for Moody, Ryan was a Litigation Associate at Winston & Strawn LLP, an international law firm based in Chicago.

 Ryan received a B.A. in Political Science and Business/Economics from Wheaton College in 2008 and a J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2012.  Ryan lives with his wife Heather and daughter Grace in the Old Irving Park neighborhood in Chicago.  They attend and are active in The Moody Church.

Bob Petty

Vice Chair

Bob Petty is the Director for Multiplication, Midwest C&MA. He leads the District’s current missional efforts challenging churches to become more actively involved in missional work in their respective communities.

F. Scott Manke


Scott is the founder, President and Executive Director of Family Empowerment Centers and its daughter organization Donate Your Boat, SMLLC. Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Psychology from Nyack College. Scott completed his Masters degree from Wheaton Graduate School in Mission and Intercultural Studies. Scott had been part of a team of individuals who started a church in the Bronx, New York and held the position of Youth and Families Pastor. During that time Scott also operated in the role of general manager for a small business in New York City for a period of 4 years prior to beginning FECC. Scott is currently a licensed minister within the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Scott is married with four children Hope, Chase, Faith, and Matthew.

Tony Moore


Tony is the Chief Financial Officer of Metrolift Inc., Chicagoland’s leading full service supplier of aerial lifts and related services. Prior to this Tony was the CFO of Bloch Lumber Company (a national wholesale/distributor of commodity building products) and has been in that position since 2002 and works out of their downtown Chicago office. Tony graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and passed the CPA exam in 1992. He has been involved in financial oversight since that time at a number of companies in San Diego and Chicago. Tony served on the board of the Champaign County Habitat Humanity in Champaign, Illinois in the Mid 90’s serving as its treasurer. Tony and his wife (Cindy) are active members of Christ Community Church (a multi-site church, based in St. Charles, IL) where Tony serves as an Elder and the chairman of Trustees. Tony and Cindy have two children, Zach and Avery.

Glen Kraiss


For 25 years Glenn was employed with Walgreens Drug Stores, primarily working in store management and corporate purchasing. Most recently he worked as a National Account Manager, representing the products for several manufacturers to the Walgreens Company.  Glenn graduated from Vanguard University of Southern California in 1980 with a BA degree in Business Administration.   He lives in Wheaton, IL with his wife and they have two sons.

Jane Larson

Jane Larson


Jane serves as a Vice President of Compliance with Zurich North America, a large global insurance company. She has been in this position since 2012. Prior to Zurich, she worked at Allstate and CNA in marketing and distribution roles. She received a BS in Business from Butler University and a Masters in Business from Indiana University, South Bend. She also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter designation. Jane is married and lives with her husband Tim in Naperville for just over 20 years. Prior to Naperville, she has lived in California, Michigan, Minnesota, and Indiana. Jane and Tim have one married daughter. They are members at Wellspring Alliance Church in Wheaton. Jane currently serves on the Personnel Committee, works in Children’s Ministry, and in the past served on the Governing Board. Jane also served on the Board of Directors of the United Way, DuPage/West Cook

Eric Field


Eric is an owner and co-president of Itasca Plastics, a plastics manufacturing company in St. Charles Illinois. He graduated from Wheaton College with a degree in Business and Economics and has grown up and lived in the western suburbs of Chicago his whole life. Eric and his wife Janelle attend College Church in Wheaton and have 3 kids, James, Tessa and Jacob. He has served on the board of Family Empowerment centers since 2010.

Dustin Suess


Dustin serves as the Director of Ruminants for Micronutrients, an innovative animal feed additive manufacturer in the livestock industry.  Dustin received his B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University.  He and his wife Tisha have two daughters (19 & 13) and live in Omaha, NE where they enjoy anything outdoors.  Dustin has served on many church and parachurch boards but has a special love for the C&MA and Family Empowerment Centers in particular because he has had the opportunity to see lives transformed through Family Empowerment Center’s ministries over and over again.   

Dwayne Allgyer


Dwayne serves as AVP, and Sr Underwriting Manager with Liberty Mutual Insurance in the middle market property and casualty segment. Dwayne graduated from Messiah University (Mechanicsburg, PA) as a Business Administration/Finance major and completed his MBA from DePaul University in 2017. Dwayne also holds his Chartered Property and Casualty (CPCU) designation. Dwayne grew up in Reading, PA before moving to Chicago in 2014. Today he lives in the western suburbs of Chicago with his wife and 2 sons. His family attends Trinity Presbyterian Church in Hinsdale, IL.
