Envision
Envision is a special ministry of the Christian and Missionary Alliance. Envision seeks to identify and raise up young leaders while exposing them to the complexities of ministry in urban environments. These young leaders engage in the mission field through short-term teams, internships, and residencies.
Greenhouse Residency
The Greenhouse Residency program is another specialized ministry of the Christian and Missionary Alliance that trains and develops pastors to establish and plant new churches throughout the world. Just like actual greenhouses, our program is dedicated to creating self-sustaining churches in an ever-changing world.
